At the Drill Site

The drill simulated continuous heavy rainfall in Qimen County, leading to multiple sudden geological disasters, with some areas experiencing landslides where evacuation had not been completed. The exercise emphasized the setup of an on-site command center, emergency force deployment, communication support, personnel search and rescue, information dissemination, and public opinion management. It was conducted with a focus on realistic scenarios and actual operations to comprehensively evaluate the emergency command system's functionality. The aim was to enhance the coordinated rescue capabilities of provincial, city, and county levels, improve inter-departmental collaboration, and increase public awareness of disaster prevention, mitigation, and response.

As a provider of emergency command transmission solutions, CVW participated in this emergency rescue drill. The emergency command system can function as a portable command device, interfacing with a portable satellite station to be used in scenarios where command vehicles cannot reach, such as mountainous areas, forests, floods, and hazardous material leaks. The system offers a complete end-to-end solution (front-end to front-end temporary command), with its own power supply, lightweight portability, simple deployment, adaptability to complex environments, long transmission range, and ease of operation. Emergency rescue personnel can set up the system within 10 minutes, using satellite links to relay on-site conditions back to the command center. This ensures timely and accurate information about the disaster site, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of emergency response actions.

The emergency communication command vehicle, equipped with our company's emergency command system, integrates various components such as anti-shake cameras, throat vibration microphones, wireless mesh network deployment spheres, wireless mesh network individual units, wireless mesh network drone relays, wireless mesh network relays/receivers, and comprehensive information processing workstations. This setup creates a multidimensional and integrated emergency communication command and dispatch system. In the event of an incident, even under extreme conditions of power outage, road blockage, and network disruption, it provides a unified and efficient communication guarantee for emergency command.
